Per the provisions of Section 32-1-903, C.R.S., as amended by HB21-1278, the District may hold meetings of the Board at a physical location or by telephonic, electronic, or virtual means, or a combination of the foregoing.
Range Metropolitan District Nos. 1-3 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Range Metropolitan District Nos. 1-3
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
